National Identity Card Registration Act and Voter List Act


01. To be read along with Sections 22, Sections 3, 5, 6 and 9 of the National Identity Registration Act, 2010 (Act No. 3 of 2010), in accordance with the rules given by the Election Commission, with the prior approval of the Government. These rules may be called the National Identity Registration Rules, 2014.

02. The Commission shall enact the following rules in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Voter List Act, 2009 (Act No. 6 of 2009). These rules are called Voter List Rules, 2012.
