Eligibility of tenderers

:

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned bellow:

a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in building construction works.

b) Must have experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of building construction amounting TK.7.00 Lacs including Civil, Sanitary & Electrification works during last 5 (five) years in a single tender. The experience certificate for successful completion of works.

c) The intending tenderer must have upto date Trade license, VAT & TIN certificate with the tender.

d) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over of Tk. 65.00 lacs during last 5 (five) years .

e)  The Minimum amount of free funds (Liquid asset / cash flow) shall be Tk. 11.00 Lacs.

a) The Procuring Entrity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

b) In addition to the original of the Tender 1(One) copies shall be submitted.

c) If  the Tenderer submits any false/ in correct or forget certificate, the Tender security may be forfeited.

d) Quoted rate limit upto 10% Less or within 10% Above of official Estimated cost. Exceeding this limit submitable Tender shall be reject.
